In recent weeks, we’ve witnessed an alarming assassination attempt on Donald Trump. This event, while shocking, isn’t isolated but part of a broader pattern where violent rhetoric escalates into physical violence. We will discuss some of the history that brings us here as well as the freedom of speech, limitations, and how we should be using this freedom to better society.

In this episode, I talk about the differences between societal and individual values (or character). Many people talk about values, but often I find that this means different things to different people and causes confusion. I discussed this in a previous episode and outlined what values I believe society should embrace. Following this episode, many pushed back and wanted to talk about individual values or what I call character and yes these are important as well. So, I outline what I think are the most important individual values that should aspired to. Join me as we delve into the heart of what it means to be an individual in American society.
