    It's not a straight line is about how everyone's journey has twist, turns, and hurdles that we learn to overcome and we talk about how that is ok. How making mistakes, not having it figured out, or not following the same route as everyone is all ok. Success is what truly makes you happy and acknowledging the small wins along the way.
