In this episode, Joey digs into the biblical truths of what we can believe about God. Many of us have generational beliefs handed down to us, but some of them may not be biblically true. Others of us have predetermined ideas about God because of childhood trauma, or poor relationships with our fathers. The truth is that God is good, and He really wants what's best for each of us. What you believe about Him shapes everything else in your life.

Without evaluation, external influences can cultivate beliefs that are not beneficial to biblical masculinity and strong spiritual leadership. Being a good dad is a tough job. Unfortunately, no matter what you do, by the world's standard, you will take a hit. You will do the right thing and it will seem wrong, or you will do the wrong thing and it will be highlighted as wrong. The good news is that biblical manhood is not defined by the world's standard. Jesus always raised the standard, and as men of God, we are trying to reach it!
