    Easy Brisket

    1 4-5 lb.Brisket

    1 Envelope dry onion soup mix

    2 Tbl. Worcestershire Sauce

    1 Cup of Red Wine

    1. Place brisket in a shallow baking pan
    2. Sprinkle onion soup over brisket
    3. Pour the Worcestershire & wine (Mixed together)
    4. into the pan, NOT over Briskee
    5. Cover with foil & bake at 325 degrees for 5-6 hours

    Olive & Cheese Appetizers

    1 Cup Chopped Pimento Stuffed Olives

    2 Green Onions with tops - chopped

    1 ½ Cups Shredded Jack Cheese

    ½ Cup Mayonnaise

    Toasted English Muffins

    1. Preheat oven to 375 dgrees
    2. Combine all ingredients (not muffins) and mix well
    3. Spread on lightly toasted English Muffins
    4. Bake till Bubbly
    5. Cut each Muffin into 4 pieces & serve hot

    Italian Style Burgers

    2 Pounds of Ground Beef

    1 Pkg. (10oz) Frozen Chopped Spinach – Thawed & Drained well

    1 Cup of Marinara Sauce

    ½ Cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs

    ¼ Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese

    2 Cloves of Garlic – Minced

    1. Preheat Broiler
    2. In large Bowl combine all ingredients and mix well
    3. Divide into 6-8 Pieces and shape into Patties
    4. Broil 4” from heat - 6 Minutes on each side or till your liking
    5. Can add a slice of cheese at end of cooking, if desired

    Serve on your favorite Roll.

    Italian Shrimp

    2 Sticks of Butter (no substitute)

    1 Bottle (8oz) Italian Dressing

    ½ Cup of Fresh Lemon Juice

    3 Pounds of Peeled, Deveined Raw Shrimp

    1. Melt Butter & Mix Dressing & Lemon Juice in Skillet
    2. Stir in Shrimp and Saute for 5-8 Minutes or so, turning occasionally
    3. Do not over cook the Shrimp, till they turn pink

    Wonderful served over Rice & with snow peas or asparagus & a glass of Pinot Grigio

    1 Pkg. (24oz).Almond Bark

    1 Pkg. (12oz) Milk Chocolate Chips

    5 Cups of Salted Peanuts

    1. In Double Boiler Melt Almond Bark and Chocolate Chips
    2. Stir in Peanuts and drop by teaspoonfuls on to Wax or Parchment Paper
    3. Place in refrigerator for 30 Minutes to set
    4. Keep in an airtight container

    These are so good and so yummy!!

    Smoky Gouda Spread

    ¾ Cup of Chopped Roasted Walnuts or Pecans

    1 8oz package Smoked Gouda Cheese

    1 8oz package of Softened Cream Cheese

    ¼ Cup sliced Green Onions

    1. Discard red edge of the Gouda & grate the Gouda
    2. Use mixer to combine the Cream Cheese & Gouda Mixture
    3. Stir in the Nuts & Green Onions
    4. Serve with Apple slices & Crackers

    Cheese & Sausage Delight

    1 Lb. Hot or Mild Lean Ground Sausage

    3 Green Onions with tops – chopped

    1 Can (4oz) Rotel Chopped Tomatoes

    2 Pkgs. (16oz) Cubed Process Cheese (Velveeta)

    1. Brown Sausage & Onion in a large skillet & drain off the fat
    2. Add Rotel & mix together
    3. Add Cheese to Sausage mixture & cook on low till cheese melts
    4. Serve hot in a Chaffing Dish or small Crock Pot to keep hot
    5. I use Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips for Dipping
