On today’s episode, I sit down with Shaun Stewart, founder of the Poster Boy Project, a community initiative focused on men’s mental health. Shaun shares his personal journey, the challenges he’s faced with mental health, and how the Poster Boy Project is helping men express emotions, connect, and break the stigma around mental health.

The Poster Boy Project is hosting a free Men’s Mental Health Awareness event on 17 December 2025, 6:30–10 PM at Dalston Lounge, Hackney, featuring speakers such as Karen (Boo Fairbanks), Jason Burrows, Tom Fisher, and Herbal Cosmic Health. The evening will focus on honest conversation, community, and natural approaches to wellbeing.
