Men and women have been arguing about dating and relationship dynamics since the beginning of time and with Valentine's Day around the corner, I thought it was a good time to contribute to the conversation. I'm joined by my friend Amma, a beauty/lifestyle creator and engineer who hasn't been shy about sharing her opinions on the quality of men on the dating market online. Do men want to be chased? • Say No to Niching Down (feat. Edosa Osemwedgie)
    Jan 5 2026

"A jack of all trades is a master of none... but oftentimes better than the master of one."

When this quote is repeated, the second half is often left out. While specialization is valuable, having varied skills and interests can be incredibly powerful. Today's guest, Edosa Osemwedgie, is someone who has decided to pursue his many passions concurrently, which we discuss along with the importance of media literacy, masculinity, faith, and more.

  • Armchair Psychoanalysis
    Jun 10 2025

Therapy isn’t for everybody, but it can often be a great way to discover deep rooted thought and behavior patterns that affect your life. This has been the experience of my close friend Nellisha, who started therapy this year, and myself, who's been seeing the same therapist for nearly a decade. During this episode we both share our perspectives around therapy, followed by a discussion of 3 questions that I've posed to my Instagram followers via story polls recently.

Over six months later, we both happened to be in LA and made that a reality. Echezona is a Nigerian American Afrobeats and Hiphop artists hailing from Dorchester with his sights set on going global. • The Black Table: A Reflection on Adolescent Development in a Hostile School Environment
    Dec 29 2024

Adolescence is a challenging time in life for everyone, but coming of age in an environment where you feel you aren't welcome but can't leave is a whole different beast. From seventh through twelfth grade, I, along with my close friends Tchorzky and Benjy, attended a private, all boys Catholic school where the student population was over 80% white. This racial composition forced us to navigate some complicated dynamics and in this episode, we reflect on how being placed in such a position affected our development as young men.

  • Amplifying the Voices & Visions of Boston Creatives (feat. The Poetic Artiste)
    Nov 12 2024

Boston is known for a lot of things, a thriving creative scene isn't necessarily one of them. This is not to say that it doesn't exist, it's just not as prominent as the creative scenes in other cities around the country. As I hope to bring light to this community through my podcast, it's been an honor to be able to connect with someone like The Poetic Artiste who strives to have a similar impact through her paintings, poetry, and art shows. In this episode, her second appearance on the show, we discuss her most recent line of paintings, her creative process, and her upcoming art show, Voices & Visions, which will be taking place on Friday, November 22.
