Hi. I’m Laurie Smith. Five years ago, that was me.

I was tired, stretched too thin, and felt like I had lost my connection with my best, most creative, Truest Self.

To help myself get out of my funk, I challenged myself to do something every day that I absolutely loved to do AND (and this is the key!) that had a high chance of getting me into flow, that feeling we get when we’re so into what we’re doing that we lose track of time.

I called it my 28-Day Flow Challenge.

I was absolutely amazed by how this simple little experiment changed my life.

I went from not writing for years (the creative activity I LOVE to do that gets me into flow) to writing and publishing two books and being picked up by a major publisher.

I’ve also adopted other Flow Habits too, and have been integrating my 25 years of experience as a life coach, healer and speaker with what I’ve been learning about flow to support hundreds of highly creative people around the world--like YOU! Now I’m on a mission to spread the word about the power of everyday flow experiences.

Here’s the thing--you are already a Flow Expert. You already know what it will take to change your life and get it flowing again.

In each episode of The Flow Habit, my goal is to create a safe space so you can uncover your own unique formula for flow too.

We’ll be talking to others who will be sharing what helps them get into the zone (a.k.a. flow), and I’ll be leading you through simple everyday exercises including guided meditations you can do to hear your intuition and redesign your life--a few minutes at a time--so that you don’t just experience more flow, but your overall life flows better too!
