Looking back, she had ignored the warning signs—bloating, spotting, debilitating pain, and irregular cycles—believing they were just "part of being a woman."

    Determined to prevent other women from suffering in silence, she became a certified Menstrual Cycle Coach, training with the world's first internationally recognised certification program.
