    Tim Echols founded TeenPact in 1993 at the Georgia state capitol. He built the program for years starting it nationwide expansion. Mr. Echols then ran for public office as Georgia public service commissioner where he still serves. Today Mr. Echols joins us to talk about the foundation of TeenPact.
