 Hello, my name is Frankie, and I am the Diva Dad. I am a father, baker, yoga instructor, studio owner, mmj patient and advocate. I also have rheumatoid arthritis. I started my journey to a healthier me about three years ago. At a time when my body was under attack, I was depressed, in constant pain and exhausted. I decided to take my health more serious and started to make changes. Adapting a new lifestyle has not been easy. Luckily, I have the help and support of my partner, family, and friends. I now use yoga, herbal medicine, acupuncture, diet and mmj to stay sane and healthy. Please join me on the Diva Dad Show.
