On April 9, 2021, president Biden signed the executive order forming the presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United states compromised of a bipartisan group of experts on the court and the court reform debates. The executive order proclaims 2 issue the commission's purpose in providing an analysis of the principal arguments in the contemporary public debate. However, we all know the democrats true purpose here isn’t to reform the court for the better. But, to further diminish the courts legitimacy by attempting to politicize the third branch of government. All being done in bad faith because of the previous administrations last three justices he was able to set on the highest court of the land in just his first tenure. Tune in!
