I’m Leila McKenzie-Delis, founder and CEO of DIAL Global – DIAL stands for Diverse, Inclusive, Aspirational Leaders…..and it’s my dream to see a business world (and wider world) where people can thrive and rise, no matter their gender, race, religions, sexual identity, personal circumstances or socio-economic background.

I’ve dedicated my life to doing what I can to make systemic change. And I believe that one way change can come - is from the top – which is why I’m delighted to announce our newest initiative -– The CEO Activist – Moving the DIAL On Diversity Pledge.

What is an CEO Activist? Well it’s quite simple. They’re our allies. They’re the bosses who want to learn, to support, to include and to lead an organisation which is full of employees who can bring their whole selves to work. They’re the leaders who know inclusive and diverse workplaces are economically sound and make good business sense. They’re the leaders who want to make their world a better place.

    Our first ever CEO Activist podcast kicks off with a fascinating conversation between Leila McKenzie-Delis, CEO and Founder of DIAL Global and  Shirine Khoury-Haq, Group CEO at Co-op.

    "In terms of activism from a from a CEO perspective it is important to be authentic and to really determine what it is that's important to you, that you feel you can actually stand up and talk about with credibility, both inside your own organization, to be able to effect the change within one's own organization, but also outside, whether it's in government or in media or other other places."
