    Christmas convenience or laziness? The BROADS (minus one) recorded the podcast live from Ruth's Chris Steak House in Mobile again for Wine Wednesday! Mary has a birthday, so desserts were required! :) Johnna and her little girl were sick (helloo...real life)...so Mary, Shelby, and Ariel continued with the podcast and were not sorry to drink her wine. Mary talks about the Santa that provokes kids to take funny photos (what?). Shelby recaps her trip to London and makes a major faux pas with the wine!, Ariel talks Christmas finance and Hallmark Christmas movies. Quotes overheard: "Cloth napkins make me anxious." "Think before you click." "I used up all my words."

    Oh my. Pull up a chair. Or your cozy sofa. Or heck, just get in bed with your wine, we won't judge. Are you a planner? Or someone that just "bobs and weaves?" Or a little of both? The ladies talk about goals, dreams, and they read love letters they wrote.... to themselves. It's harder than you think! The ladies got real and raw. Shelby talks about HUSTLE (23;00), Ariel shared what a Release Party is (42:00), and Johnna made Mary cry. (39:40) Then Mary made ALL of the ladies cry -unexpectedly- with her love letter. (52:30) They concluded with singing (around the hour mark) and a task for YOU.
    They recorded the podcast live from Ruth's Chris Steak House in Mobile, where they talked wine with Moira Henkel, owner of an ALL FEMALE company producing South African Wines in our area! Since it was a "blind" wine tasting, you can't imagine how many times the ladies guessed incorrectly! (Wine chat is the first 20 minutes). And they think their coworkers and management are THE BEST for showing up to support them. And to send them food. Among the pleasant interruptions were Kale & Bacon (outstanding), Ronnie the Boss, Crash the Wine Snob, and Samuel the Werewolf (!?) with dessert.
