Find the Feeling: Scan your body for a strong sensation (e.g., tightness, a pit). That's a part.
Focus on It: Just be with the sensation without trying to change it.
Flesh It Out: Get curious. What's its shape, color, or image?
Feel Toward It: Offer gentle curiosity (not judgment) to this part.
Befriend It: Mentally ask it questions like, "What do you want me to know?" or "What do you need from me?"
