Of the people I've spent time with, from presidents to a London cab driver, one thing sticks. We can all learn so much from each other if we are open to listening. I've spent my life growing and healing and learning how to navigate this colourful life (and still am). How do we heal and get over our scars and conditioning? How do we get that elixir to thrive? I want to bring humour, nature, spirituality and my love for animals and Mother Earth to the world. There is so much joy in these things. This is a huge part of me sharing what I've experienced and what I’m experiencing, with you."
