He also created and starred in two successful sitcoms – CORNER GAS and HICCUPS. When you add in two theatrical comedy films (NO CLUE, CORNER GAS: THE MOVIE) and four seasons of an animated TV spinoff, it may seem surprising that Brent’s new venture has taken a rather dark turn. THE DARK TURN… Brent has written his debut novel – an intense, gritty psychological thriller called HUGE (from Doubleday Canada – Oct. 2023).
