 In this episode we discuss current events and what racism in our society, Nina shares personal stories and discusses with Jason the acts we can all take to move in a better direction as a society. Please share our message and let us know your story as we can all learn from each other. There are so many research articles that discuss how deeply rooted our society is in 'white culture,' and how 'white ideals' are impacting those who do not identify as being 'white.' I could discuss the disparities all day, but I will leave you with this-- change happens when there is purpose and intention to act. Not only have tough conversations with your white peers, but follow up those conversations with action.
