Today, I sit down with United Airlines Pilot John Roth. John is a commercial pilot who was diagnosed with Type-1 Diabetes at the age of 37 . A testament to the power of applying discipline and self-sufficiency to his disease management, he lives by the philosophy that discipline leads to freedom. He uses technology and data to proactively manage his glucose levels, enabling him to pursue a demanding career as a pilot. John believes in inspiring others by demonstrating what's possible with a resilient mindset and effective T1D management.
