This is a recording of my article, "FADING FREEDOMS IN WARTIME UKRAINE: A CRITICAL FREEDOM THEORY ANALYSIS."

This article explores critical theories and introduces a new critical theory lens I developed called Critical Freedom Theory (or CFT). It uses the war in Ukraine to explore CFT as an analytical tool.

Abstract:

This article develops a new liberty-focused academic lens called critical freedom theory. It applies critical freedom theory to recent events in Ukraine. The article invites and equips the reader to consider freedom interests that are not always considered in analyses of the situation in Ukraine. It concludes with the assertion that continued support for the current government of Ukraine is anti-freedom.
