As promised: I did look more into the etymology of PHrogging VS. Frogging and there doesn't seem to be a clear or consistent reason it is spelled with a PH but the spelling of frog as phrog does seem to have started as slang for a frog that is better than a frog so should be spelled phrog (or a frog that is sad & therefore must be a phrog?). I could not find any clear path from that spelling to it being used as a term for someone that lives in someone else's space without them knowing but you can have a lot of fun looking at the definitions on Urban Dictionary: https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=phrog
