Every day for years I put out a positive message through my FaceBook account, It was a way for me to reflect on how my morning started just in case my day went in the wrong direction, it was my way to recalibrate. We all need reminders to help us stay on track, mine just happened to be to myself in real time. I didn’t know how crucial this practice would be until I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma Cancer; which is a blood cancer similar to Leukemia. My diagnosis would soon be realized by me, to be My Blessing!!! I had been told for years that I should start a Podcast and since I was home bound I dabbled with trying to pull it together but the timing was not quite right... It would take a chance meeting of an old acquaintance through a mutual friend to get the ball rolling that would help me, to share my story. I’m a storyteller at heart and with that I’m about turning a negative situation into a positive so buckle up and get ready for me to flip the switch Spiritually, Mentally and Physically through Storytelling & Casual Conversations about cancer, current events and the power of Joy!!! Welcome to “Spread Joy” the Podcast!!! Where Truth is Stranger than Fiction!!!Copyright 2023 Reggie Valentino Ealy Kunst Philosophie Sozialwissenschaften
  • The Context of Story Telling: Turning Thought into Action
    May 4 2022

On February 4th, 2020, Sean McNally and Myself sat down at my kitchen table to discuss My Multiple Myeloma Journey. It was our second sit down. Luckily, Sean had the foresight to record our 4 hour conversation, which would become an Outline, as too how we would move forward. Little did we know at the time, it would be our last face to face sit down for over a year due to Covid. Between his work schedule, my treatment and down time schedule, we would jump on the Zoom train to keep this project moving, and use our second sit down, as an Outline for what’s to come… The ‘Sneak Peek’ series is made up of 6 episodes, that will serve as a guide, as you join us on my journey.
