Über diesen Titel

Eric S. Lee is the Executive Director of Full Circle Restorative Justice (FCRJ), where he leads transformative work in both the criminal justice system and schools across Colorado’s 11th Judicial District in the central mountain region. Under his leadership, FCRJ is implementing restorative justice practices that shift punitive systems toward healing and accountability. A major focus of his work is transforming schools into communities where every student feels a sense of belonging and connection. The vision is clear: to create a school system where every young person knows they matter, where those most at risk are recognized for their authentic, God-given strengths, and given the opportunity to rise above their circumstances, discover their purpose, and live a life of meaning and contribution.

Eric’s story is one of resilience, redemption, and purpose. Overcoming drug addiction early in life has led to 32 years of clean living, sobriety, and peace. Surviving the collapse of a business empire and bankruptcy redirected him toward a life grounded in service as an author, physical fitness trainer, and stress relief coach. Enduring a failed first marriage and a painful divorce deepened his empathy, compassion, and understanding of the human experience, ultimately paving the way to a fulfilling and joyful partnership with his wife, Trudi.

Today, Eric lives in the beautiful state of Colorado, relishing the outdoors through hiking, camping, backpacking, mountain biking, team sports like basketball and football, archery, and cooking gourmet meals for his wife at home. Above all, he treasures being a father to his three grown children—Erica, Forrest, and Justin—whom he considers his greatest joy and accomplishment.

Eric is also a published author of three books, including 29 Degrees – How to Live a Life of Inner Peace, Joy and Purpose Regardless of Circumstances, which reflects his own journey of growth and transformation. In addition to his role as Executive Director, he continues to work as a Health and Wellness Coach, helping individuals manage stress, reclaim inner peace, and live fully aligned lives.Copyright The Transformation Network

  • The Foundations on Our Path Toward Atonement, Peace, Joy and Healing
    Dec 16 2025
Drawing inspiration from Viktor Frankl’s insight that “Those who have a ‘why’ to live, can bear with almost any ‘how,’” we recognize that purpose isn’t just spiritual idea — it’s a pathway to resilience. When young people discover that they can choose their response to life, they access their greatest freedom: the power to shape their own meaning.
In our work with youth, we don’t just teach conflict resolution or emotional skills — we help them awaken a sense of purpose and belonging. When a young person realizes their life has meaning, healing begins instantly. They are no longer reacting to what has happened to them; they are building who they are becoming.
This is why spiritual justice matters: when we empower young people to see themselves as valuable, capable, and needed by their community, in spite of what they may have experienced, we fast-track their healing. Their peace becomes power, and their growth becomes a gift they offer back to the world.
