    A few episodes back I said “it’s me hi, I’m the problem it’s me” - not today. Today it’s YOU. We’re talking about how other peoples bullshit can make us feel bad about ourselves and well, we’re not doing that anymore. Or at least we’re trying not to. We talk about love languages and why it’s so important to understand the way we show love, and how we perceive it, as well as our partners. Sometimes people just really suck and I want you to know it’s not you, it’s them.
