    Dr Geetha Ramachandra (PediSTARS) Stop Bleed Project and LMIC Sim in India Dr. Geethanjali (Geetha) Ramachandra is a highly respected in the field of Simulation in India. She is trained in the UK as Pediatric Intensivist 2 decades ago. She is simualtion consultant at KIMS Hospital Secunderabad. She is known for her pioneering contributions to healthcare simulation and patient safety education across India. Dr. Ramachandra is a Co-founder of PediSTARS India — the country’s leading network dedicated to promoting simulation-based training in pediatric healthcare. Through PediSTARS, she has been instrumental in building national capacity for simulation education, curriculum development, and interprofessional learning. Her work has empowered hundreds of clinicians to deliver safer, more effective care to critically ill children. She also leads the ABC - Stop The Bleed project, a vital public health initiative focused on improving hemorrhage control and emergency response skills among healthcare providers and community responders. Her advocacy for timely, hands-on training in life-saving interventions has contributed to improved trauma response readiness across diverse healthcare settings. Dr. Ramachandra is a passionate educator, a mentor to young clinicians, and an internationally recognized voice in the fields of pediatric intensive care and healthcare simulation.
