Should you still incorporate fasting if you are on a carnivore diet?
I had the same question when I first started carnivore. I used to fast about 16 hours every day and I would rotate in a 24 hour fast once a week or so. When I started carnivore, I tried to keep up with the fasting and felt terrible! It’s one of the reasons I quit carnivore in the first place.
In this episode I share when, how and why I incorporate fasting into my routine while on a carnivore diet. My fasting schedule definitely looks different now!
I fast differently depending on the week of my cycle, how much fat or protein I’m eating, and if I’m eating any non-carnivore foods.
