In my experience in international commercial arbitration, I´ve noticed how businesspeople and lawyers from Europe and Canada struggle with Latam legal issues and risks. Likewise, many businesspeople and lawyers from Latam find it challenging to cope with the intricacies of US, Canadian, and EU law. To them, I address myself from this podcast.
