    In and out I breathe.
    My presence is what I find.
    As though my soul is old, the light in my energy within continues to shine—not just for myself, but to return, to fill, to reach.
    To touch those who carry the same fire, those whose paths flicker in rhythm with mine.
    Maybe, just maybe, we’ve felt as if we’ve almost given up—
    Worn from the weight of walking alone.
    But our mission is not yet done.
    The moment we nearly surrender is often the very threshold to something beyond.

    For I do not carry a sword for war—I carry one in the silence of meditation.
    My battles are unseen.
    They are fought in the stillness of breath,
    In the choice to guide, rather than conquer.
    To give even when I am empty, to serve even when I am unseen.

    We live in a world of what we see—
    awkward stares, whispers of many not knowing.
    We then approach the circle to speak without words.

    Spoken in silence, our energy increases.
    We become one.

    Our spiritual movement creates momentum.
    Eyes, ears, and body disappear—
    as we rise within,
    with no fear.

    But then...
    our ego and pride begin to interfere.
    We shed our body and core,
    what was cast upon our movement
    becomes motion... emotion... devotion—
    to once within the womb we came,
    that familiar place
    where our voice only existed through thought.

    Still, I feel it in my soul.
    Still, I lay in fear—
    stepping into a circle,
    a cypher of movement, emotion, and energy.

    It has no boundaries.

    It is within the silence and within the noise.
    It can exist or not exist.

    It is beyond form.

    It is life,
    to awaken the soul and speak beyond what we think is defined or undefined.

    Therefore, it is alive.

    This is a journey,
    to experience and give others an awakening of truth—
    who they are.

    As I awaken them,
    I awaken that which lives within me.

    For the water that flows in me will run
    and become that which gives many strength to overcome.

    For in life, not every day or moment will ever be the same.
