Nonetheless, just before you start to relax, we need a good strategy to ensure all the elusive 'Do Not Disturb' brigade will still know who to call when it's time to sell. Easy - hit them up regardless, or perhaps, invest in slightly more subtle ways to stay on their radar.

Finally,  it's time to sit back & spin a few yarns of past misadventures, courtesy of both us agents and our beloved public. 

Things are finally running smoothly, well, for 5 minutes! But who knows what's lurking around the corner? Hence, keep everyone sweet (and I mean everyone) as you just never know when you'll need them.

If you do hit a slow patch, immediately head for the emergency exit as the grass is surely greener elsewhere? If not, don't worry, you can always come back - no questions asked.
