It's in 2024 that I have discovered that I have a phone and money anxiety. This has been a result of some traumatic experiences.

The phone anxiety stems from having inconsistent phone conversations with my dad and loved ones, my phones stolen by robbers or petty theives, and even recently, the motorbike attempted stealing that happened some days ago hence I will always buy cheap phones and not really care for my phone which is a bad thing.

The money anxiety equally came to my knowledge this year when I set out to be a good steward of my finances.

finding a tech person and alzo a financial advisor are the two ways in which I am dealing with this truama and how its shown up in my life dealings.

I am promising myself to invest in a good phone and also be better steward of money

In this episode, I shared one of the most heartaches I have had about the new mindset that going around with many people who are showing up as the past hurts and inflicting the same childhood traumas on their own kids. t They want their children to have the same story as them... grow up in a single-parent household and resent the absent parent. With society, normalizing this new norm of single-parent household being better, who is it better for? the child or the other parent? Let's do right by our kids.
