This is no Secret, but it probably should be. Sharing what I've learned about manifesting from my 20yrs personal experience, working with others, and bringing together Science and Spirituality.

Originally recorded on World Mental Health Day, I share with you my journey and struggles with manifesting, why I felt like it didn't work, and what I'm doing instead. I also talk about why I believe they way we manifest is so weaved into hustle culture it's actually causing more burnout.
