Today we bring Episodes 1-3 together as we discuss the Internet of Things. We're connecting phones, wearables, smart home tech, and more as we bring digital connections to physical things.
And how do we pair that with booze? We take gin and connect it with other great ingredients to allow for a seamless connection!
Gin and IoT start out as neutral bases. Add in a little botanicals or a few sensors and now the sum is much greater than the parts.Let's dive right "gin"!
Our cocktails this week are The Bee's Knees (1920s), Juniper & Tonic (Reimagined), and the Tom Collins.
The Bee's Knees:
2 oz gin.
75 oz lemon juice.
75 oz honey syrup
Juniper & Tonic:
2 oz gin
.5 oz elderflower liqueur
.25 oz lime juice
2-3 oz tonic water
Tom Collins:
2 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
2-3 oz soda water
