This podcast brings to li several examples of violent criminals being let out on low or no bail policies enacted by several Mayors and District Attorneys throughout the United States. They have proven to be disastrous policy enactments, but due to ideological mindsets, these groups have not changed their minds on being sympathetic to the criminal element and are not thinking about the safety of the citizens of their jurisdiction and what's best for the public.

Chynna Dickus and her stepson, Blake. were found murdered in their new home while her husband, Sean, was at work. Sean had been home around 1:30 pm and had lunch with his family and then returned to work only to find both of them dead when he arrived home around 5:00 pm. This occurred on July 24, 2006, in Franklin, Indiana. After years of investigating this case, no suspects have ever been identified and the case has gone cold.

In September 1985 two high school teenagers were murdered in a park in Muncie, IN. Over the years, many persons have been interviewed and there have been persons of interest, but no arrests have been made. It began as a true mystery and became even more mysterious. In December of 1985, there was another double murder that involved a domestic dispute, but could the 20-year-old suspect, who was tried and convicted, have been involved in the previous double murder? Did the police find any connection to the victims?
