In this interview I am talking to Richard Bartlett, a community builder, writer, and facilitator. We are exploring how to create new ways of living, working, and being together at this time.
We look at the loneliness, the opportunity for healing family trauma through community, as well as the challenges around decision making and collaboration.
Currently, Richard is stewarding Casa Tilo, a retreat center in Spain, he co-founded Loomio, an open-source tool for collaborative decision-making used by communities and social movements around the world. He helped build Enspiral, a pioneering collective for high-trust collaboration, and later launched Microsolidarity, a network of mutual-aid communities dedicated to belonging and transformation.
