    Nov 4 2025

Welcome to The Sebastian Bach of Episodes. We had a great run.

Turn the music up! Get your spices out. We’re going to explore new genres. From the summer of punk, to shoegaze, all the way to motherfucking princess Leia. In no particular order. Who knew November 4th was an entire event in music history?

Our musical guest is Shoot Da 5, a hardcore/beatdown band, con sazon. Before we listen to "Drivin' While Black (Pleasure & Pain)” off the EP: Language of Da Unheard (released January, 2024), we’ll hang with Shay, their vocalist, who wouldn’t be vocalizing if not for a butt-ass-naked cassette tape that became her nexus event. "Future Lullaby” off the EP: Holding Breath (released April, 2023) introduces a new genre to the classroom: the beautiful lullaby. • Its Spooky Time! Let's Get Creepy
    Oct 7 2025

Welcome to Spoopy Season! If you’re currently suffering from the taco bell plague, you may want to double check your flush velocity.

This just in: asbestos, bad. Today in music history takes us into the New Wave and Alt Rock genres of music. We’ll also dive into the many methods music has been released over the years, and by the way, Tony still does not know the difference between John Cougar Mellencamp, and Bruce Springsteen.

Our musical guest is Plague Master, a four-piece, NYC based, Hardcore/Grindcore band. We hang with both Vicky (vocals) and Adam (guitar) before we listen to their song "Frozen Tomb Annihilation”, off the EP: Frozen Tomb Annihilation (released August, 2025). Adam becomes the first person in history to be interviewed by the Rhythm Bois, twice. You’ll want to get your dulcimers out for this one. Links below.

  • Bravery or Mental Illness?
    Sep 23 2025

Ever have a hole problem? Get yourself an extra large iced coffee and let’s get gaping.

Episode 11 dives into larger-than-life pioneers of music. We’re launching entire genres, accepting countless awards, and Tony debuts his brand new segment called “Dead, But Not Really.”

Our musical guest is The Victorious Dead, a Northeastern Epic Death Metal band splitting time between both NYC and Boston. This band was first recommended to us by Anthony, the bassist from Solemn Vision, featured back on Episode 9: Transcending Single Digits - The Search for Rhythm. We talk to both Jonathan (guitar) and Andrew (bass) before we listen to their song "Meditations”, off their LP: The Reaper at the Gates (released April, 2025). Links below.
