• Error of Balam.. Selling the Grace
    Aug 25 2025
    Text: Jude 1:11
“Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward...”
Listen! The spirit of Balaam is sitting in our churches. Men who were once called of God now speak for money, not for truth. Preachers who no longer wait for a word from heaven, but for an envelope from men! Balaam sold his gift, and many today are selling their anointing. Instead of raising disciples, they are raising sponsors. Instead of preparing the bride of Christ, they are preparing their bank accounts. Let me say this without apology: if your gospel ends at the offering basket, it is not the gospel of Jesus Christ! Balaam’s end was destruction, and so will be the end of every minister who merchandises grace.

"The Church Criminals – Where Have the True Shepherds Gone?"
"What if I told you that the greatest criminals today are not on the streets, but in the pulpits? What if I told you that many who call themselves shepherds are actually wolves, feeding on the sheep instead of feeding the sheep? This is not an attack—it’s a wake-up call!"

  • Why Do People Refuse to Follow the Truth in God’s Word?
    Mar 8 2025
    1. The Influence of Tradition Over Truth
"One major reason people reject the truth is deep-rooted traditions. Jesus Himself faced this when He told the Pharisees in Mark 7:13, ‘You nullify the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down.’ Many believers today hold on to religious customs rather than searching the Scriptures for themselves. They trust what they have been taught, even when it contradicts God’s Word."
    2. Fear of Change and Rejection
"Another reason is fear—fear of going against the norm, fear of losing their position, fear of being rejected by their church community. The Bible says in Galatians 1:10, ‘If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.’ But unfortunately, many choose human approval over God’s approval."
    3. The Spirit of Deception in the Last Days
"2 Timothy 4:3-4 warns us, ‘For the time will come when people will not endure sound doctrine, but having itching ears, they will gather around them teachers to suit their own desires. They will turn away their ears from the truth and be turned aside to myths.’ Many have been blinded by false teachings that comfort their flesh rather than convict their spirit."
    4. The Love of Money and Power
"Some church leaders and members refuse to accept the truth because of personal gain. The love of money has corrupted the true gospel. 1 Timothy 6:10 says, ‘For the love of money is the root of all evil.’ Many refuse to teach the truth because they benefit from the falsehoods that have been established."
    5. Lack of Personal Relationship with God
"Many churchgoers do not have a personal encounter with God. They rely on men of God rather than seeking God for themselves. Hosea 4:6 says, ‘My people perish for lack of knowledge.’ When believers do not read the Bible for themselves, they are easily led astray."
Call to Action (Challenge to the Listener):
"So, what is the solution? Jesus said in John 8:32, ‘You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.’ It is time for every believer to return to the Word of God, to seek His face, and to be transformed by the renewal of our minds (Romans 12:2). Do not be afraid to ask God, ‘Lord, is this teaching from You?’ He will surely answer you."
    Conclusion (Closing Hook):
"The truth is always available, but the question is: Are we willing to accept it? Or have we become too comfortable with lies? My challenge to you today is this—go back to the Word, seek the Holy Spirit, and let God reveal the truth to you. Don’t just listen to what you’ve always been told—ask God yourself."

  • THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE
    Dec 19 2024
    Introduction

Begin with John 8:32: “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.”

Introduce the concept of TAMI (The Amount of the Truth Man Knows):

TAMI is directly proportional to freedom.

Freedom and liberty in Christ depend on how much of God’s truth you know and live by.

Highlight the significance of the Word of God as divinely inspired and its connection to the Spirit of God.

    Establish the focus:

Many believers lack liberty because they fail to align with God’s Word.

This teaching aims to call us back to the foundation of truth for genuine transformation.

  • HOMOSEXUAL IN CHURCH LEADERSHIP
    Nov 24 2024
Title: The Call to Holiness: Addressing Homosexuality in Church Leadership
Text: "For the time will come when people will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears." – 2 Timothy 4:3
    Sermon:
Beloved, we are in a time of great testing for the body of Christ, where societal pressures and cultural shifts are challenging the Church to either stand on the unchanging truth of God’s Word or compromise for worldly acceptance. One of the pressing issues today is the rise of homosexuality among those in church leadership—those entrusted to shepherd the flock of God.
The Bible is clear on God’s design for human relationships. In Genesis 1:27, God created man and woman in His image and established marriage as a covenant between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:24). The New Testament reaffirms this design and speaks against practices that deviate from it. Romans 1:26-27 explicitly identifies homosexual acts as contrary to God’s natural order.
When such practices are brought into leadership, it becomes a direct affront to God’s standards for those who are called to represent Him. 1 Timothy 3:2-7 outlines the qualifications for church leaders: they must be above reproach, faithful to their spouse, self-controlled, and able to model the life of Christ. How, then, can one living in unrepentant sin, whether it be homosexuality or any other sin, faithfully lead the people of God?
The Dangers of Compromising God’s Standards
    1. Spiritual Weakness in the Church:
When leaders stray from God’s truth, the congregation often follows. Hosea 4:9 says, "Like people, like priest." If the pulpit is corrupted, the Church loses its moral and spiritual authority.

    2. A False Gospel:
Churches that affirm sin instead of calling for repentance preach a gospel of compromise, not transformation. Galatians 1:6-9 warns against preaching any gospel other than the one delivered by Christ.

    3. Loss of God’s Presence:
In Revelation 2:5, Jesus warns the church in Ephesus to repent or face the removal of their lampstand. A church that tolerates sin in leadership risks losing God’s favor and presence.

    A Call to Action
    1. Repentance and Holiness:
God calls all believers, including leaders, to repentance and holiness. 1 Peter 1:16 reminds us: "Be holy, because I am holy." Leaders must model repentance and strive for lives that honor God.

    2. Guard the Pulpit:
Churches must ensure that those appointed to leadership are individuals who live in alignment with Scripture. This includes addressing not only homosexuality but all forms of unrepentant sin.

    3. Love and Truth:
While we must stand firmly on God’s Word, we are also called to extend love and grace. John 8:11 shows Jesus offering forgiveness to the woman caught in adultery, but He also tells her, "Go, and sin no more." The Church must hold this balance—welcoming all but affirming none in sin.

    Conclusion
The Church is not called to conform to the world but to transform it (Romans 12:2). Leadership is a sacred trust, and those called to it must reflect the character and holiness of God. We cannot afford to compromise truth for popularity or acceptance. Instead, let us return to God’s Word, allowing it to guide us in all things.
    Prayer:
Lord, help Your Church to stand firm on Your truth. Raise leaders who will honor You in holiness and righteousness. Transform every heart to seek You above all else, and let Your glory shine through us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

  • POLITICS AND CHRISTIANITY

Politics and Christianity: Walking in the Light of Righteousness

Text: "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn." – Proverbs 29:2

    Sermon:
Beloved, as Christians, we are not called to shy away from the affairs of this world, including politics, but to shine as light in the midst of it. Politics, when rooted in righteousness and justice, can become a platform for the kingdom of God to influence society.

The Bible is replete with examples of godly individuals who made a significant impact in governance. Joseph in Egypt (Genesis 41:39-41) used his God-given wisdom to save nations from famine. Daniel, in Babylon (Daniel 6:3-4), remained steadfast in his faith while serving in political office, influencing a pagan kingdom for God.

These men understood that their positions were not for personal gain but for fulfilling God's purpose in their generation. They were guided by integrity, prayer, and a heart of service. Similarly, as believers, if God calls us into political spaces, we must remember that we are ambassadors of Christ, called to reflect His justice, mercy, and truth.

However, we must also exercise discernment. Politics, if unchecked by godly principles, can lead to corruption and compromise. As Jesus said, "You are the salt of the earth... You are the light of the world" (Matthew 5:13-14). Our involvement must be a testimony of His righteousness, not a pursuit of power for selfish ends.

In all things, let us pray for our leaders, as Paul admonishes: "I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession, and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness" (1 Timothy 2:1-2).

    Conclusion:
As Christians, we must influence politics with Christlike values, remembering that when the righteous lead, the nation prospers. Let us seek God's wisdom and courage to stand for truth and justice, so that His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

    Prayer:
Lord, raise righteous leaders in our nation and grant us the wisdom to shine as Your ambassadors in every sphere of life. Let Your kingdom come, and Your will be done. In Jesus' name, Amen.

  • CHURCH OF BUSINESS NOT CHURCH OF GOD
    Oct 24 2024
The Church of Business, Not the Church of God
Written by Minister Akinyele Paul, the Apostle of Transformation
The church, as established by Christ and His apostles, was a place of fellowship, prayer, teaching, and genuine transformation (Acts 2:42). It was a community where believers shared everything, cared for one another, and lived in unity. The early church embodied the spirit of love, sacrifice, and humility as described in Acts 4:32-35. However, today's church seems to have taken a dangerous turn. In many cases, the pursuit of personal gain has overshadowed the call to spiritual growth, leaving behind the true essence of what the church was meant to be.

  • WHERE WAS GOD BEFORE THE CREATION
    Oct 16 2024
Implications of God Existing Outside Time and Space The concept of God existing outside of time and space, as presented in the sources, has several profound implications:
    • God's Eternality: The sources emphasize that God is eternal, meaning He has always existed and will always exist. This concept transcends our understanding of time, as God's existence is not bound by a beginning or an end. He existed before the creation of the universe, which implies a state of being beyond our comprehension of time.
    • God's Non-Physical Nature: The sources highlight that God is a spirit and not bound by the physical universe. His existence is not dependent on space or matter. This suggests that questions regarding God's location before creation are irrelevant, as He is not confined to physical locations.
    • Creation's Dependence on God: The sources suggest that time, as we understand it, began with the creation of the universe. This implies that God's existence precedes time and that the universe is contingent upon God's will and action.
    • God's Omnipresence: The sources describe God as omnipresent, meaning He is present everywhere simultaneously. This concept is further emphasized by the notion that God exists in the "eternal now." This suggests that God is not limited by spatial constraints and transcends our understanding of location.
    • Limited Human Comprehension: The sources acknowledge that the nature of God's existence before creation is beyond our full comprehension. This implies that our human understanding, bound by time and space, is insufficient to grasp the fullness of God's eternal and spiritual nature.
In summary, the implications of God existing outside time and space point towards a reality beyond our human experience. These concepts highlight God's eternal nature, His spiritual essence, and His transcendence over the physical universe. Understanding these implications requires acknowledging the limitations of our human perspective and accepting that some aspects of God's nature remain beyond our grasp.
