  • Emma Mann: How I Rebuilt My Life From Rock Bottom | Pain Into Power
    Jan 17 2026

In this solo episode, Emma Mann — founder of No Fixed Abode of London — shares the real story of rebuilding her life from rock bottom and turning pain into power.

From surviving instability and burnout to building an independent fashion brand rooted in rebellion, non-conformity, music, and survival, Emma talks honestly about what it takes to keep going when everything falls apart.

No Fixed Abode of London grew out of resilience, creativity, and deep connections with the global rock, metal, and punk music community — worn and supported by artists and creatives who live outside the mainstream.

This episode isn’t about overnight success. It’s about rebuilding self-trust, navigating trauma, financial pressure, and exhaustion, and choosing to rise when no one is coming to save you.

    In this episode, we explore:
    – Rebuilding your life from rock bottom
    – Turning pain into power and purpose
    – Burnout, trauma, and emotional resilience
    – Building No Fixed Abode of London against the odds
    – Finding identity, community, and strength through music and rebellion

This is a raw conversation about survival, creativity, and becoming who you are meant to be — even when the road is brutal.

  • Emma No one is coming to save you — and that’s not bad news Ep04
    Jan 11 2026

No one is coming to save you — and that’s not bad news.

In this raw, unfiltered solo episode of Raised on Rebellion, I talk about the moment most of us eventually face: realising that waiting for rescue, permission, confidence, money, or the “right time” keeps us stuck.

    This isn’t about blame.
    It’s about agency.

I share why taking responsibility is the turning point — not manifestation, not motivation, not someone else stepping in. If no one is coming, it means you stop outsourcing your power. You decide. You move. You act — even when it’s messy, uncomfortable, or terrifying.

    We talk about:

    • Why waiting keeps people trapped

    • The myth of “someone will fix it”

    • Choosing yourself without doing it all alone

    • Why asking the wrong people for advice can derail you

    • Taking action before confidence arrives

    • Turning pain into power

    • Building belief when your reality says otherwise

This episode is for anyone who’s tired, overwhelmed, broke, grieving, rebuilding, or quietly holding it together — and needs to hear the truth without sugar-coating.

If it helps you get through, then it’s done its job.
