- Ramona visits her doctor who gives her botox and a $3500 procedure that looks like it definitely won't work
- Bethenny and Jill get in a lil tiff when Jill keeps asking Bethenny about all the her birthday gifts.
- Finally we get all the gals together for a final dinner with their families and Ramona is late and Yohan screams at the top of his lungs.
