Life has challenged me with many obstacles that I have been trying to overcome and it has made my focus shift a bit. So I wanted to make this episode as a reminder to myself on WHY am I doing this in the first place?? WHY do i care? And WHY should you care?

During my recent hiatus I found myself IN LOVE with this book called "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck", and while this isn't a paid promo I did want to shout that book out for my recent change in mindset and way of thinking. I truly feel like this book has changed the way I think about things, how I perceive myself and others, and just overall changed my life. So sorry for the late episode! Hope you LOVE it as much as I do!

Todays episode is all about self love, self acceptance, and how to use your love for yourself to love another. Relationships are hard and there's no right or wrong way to love someone or yourself. But a relationships are work- and in this job, it's easy for your work life balanced to get f-ed up the butt.
