 Hi! My name is Lora. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and this is Profoundly Scene. I love when I’m watching a movie or show or listening to music or reading a book and feel so seen that I find myself obsessively talking to friends and family or anyone that will listen about the themes or topics being brought up. I know I’m not the only one that has felt this way. And If you have ever found yourself immersed in a movie, show, music or book thinking "how did they just capture a piece of my life"? then I know you know what I'm talking about. So I’ve invited a few people to discuss the scenes that have impacted them in some way and while exploring some therapy themes or strategies related to that topic.
