Meet Before The Lights co-founders George, David and Josh as they explain how they turned a basement in central London into a gym with a client list full of award-winning actors.
After reminiscing about uni, introducing us to the mythical "strong boys" and chatting about their first times on set (including a pull up competition with Jamie Foxx) they call one of their regulars to try and book the show's first proper guest.
Recorded on location at Before The Lights in summer 2021, following all Covid restrictions in place at the time.
