    Meditation is often misunderstood.
    Many people believe meditation means “stopping your thoughts” or “emptying the mind”… but it’s actually about becoming aware.
    In this conversation with meditation teacher Thaisa, we talk about how meditation helps develop awareness, regulate the mind, and bring more clarity into everyday life.
    For me personally, meditation helped reduce my overthinking and allowed me to become more focused and present.
    When we begin observing our thoughts instead of reacting to them, everything starts to change.
    Meditation is not about escaping life — it’s about learning how to live it with more awareness.
    This is one of the beautiful practices we will be sharing during our upcoming retreat Journey Into Wholeness.
