When Frankie McNair arrives in Palsville, Mayor Ashley swears there will be no work and only play. But before the fun can even kick off, local starlet Skippy Maroo (played by Holly Bohmer) bursts into the office. Skippy shares her traumatic and glitz-filled past in the studio system, shares a portion of her (8 fistfuls of) daily pills, and walks us through how she became the shrill woman she is today. This is aided by an interruption from local ticket inspector Michael Fine (who went missing in a Thanos Snap for 2 years). Magical powers are discovered. Money is laundered. It's a good one.

Writer/actor/angel Molly Daniels rolls into Palsville when local pick pocket Pick Ahr Pocket (played by Laura Buskes) enters the chat, resulting in a whirlwind hour of revenge plots, familial phone calls and hard drugs. Also, Mayor Ashley reminds everyone it IS Pitbull Week (the artist AND the dog), so any other breed of canine MUST stay indoors until it is their week to be celebrated.

Earl explains the storied life he's led that brought him to his current career, Mike gets passionate about the 3-1 dog to human ratio in Palsville, and Mayor Ashley gets a Shakespearian surprise.

When Hollywood hot shot Jessie Prez comes to Palsville, Mayor Ashley asks him for tips on how to make the town successful. Then, local insurance payee Rack Malone (played by Dougie Baldwin) comes by to ask a favour. A series of reveals follow that shock and disgust the Mayor, breaking her understanding of reality entirely.
