Today’s episode is an interview with staff from 3FTL which is a comprehensive mental health treatment team. I get the honor of talking with Jennifer Halley and Erika Anderson. Jennifer is the owner and president of 3FTL and currently serves as the case manager and program designer. Erika is the program director for the Home Team Group which works to bridge the gap between a first responder and their partner.
