    • Life challenges come just to scare you into giving up, but when you find your strength you'll realize that you've already won
    • It's okay to be afraid, just remember to find your strength in God
    • BREATHE!!!
    • Don't doubt yourself and your abilities.
    • You've come this far and you're doing well
