In the last episode, Robin met Gary and Milt. After meeting them, he is pretty sure the street dog who has been talking to him, will be adopted by Gary, and that Milt holds the clue to Poppy’s previous owner. When he learns that Edna Bulaski was actually Poppy’s previous owner, as he’d thought, he also learns that knowing this is going to get him killed.
In this episode, Mary shows up with a bunch of people in a semi to rescue Robin after he has already rescued both himself and Edna Bulaski’s neighbor. Mary explains how she got there while managing to talk the semi driver into adopting Poppy. And Robin learns more about both his and his uncle Damian’s background.
