🔹 (Voice 1): Hey everyone, welcome to this new episode where we’ll dive into a crucial moment in Pierre and the other migrants’ journey!🔹 (Voice 2): Yeah, today, we’re taking you inside the night they spent at Arnando Pipito’s house in Bolivia, and trust me, it’s not the kind of place you’d want to stay…🔹 (Voice 1): From the moment they arrive, they realize that the place is in terrible condition. The shack where an old woman and a young boy, Diego, live is falling apart, and the toilets? Absolutely disgusting.🔹 (Voice 2): Nobody wants to use them. The smell is unbearable, and the whole place feels dirty and uncomfortable. The atmosphere is tense, everyone is exhausted, but Pierre starts to take on an important role in the group.🔹 (Voice 1): Yeah, because he’s the one who speaks to Diego in Spanish, and without even realizing it, he becomes the group’s translator. That’s when Sharra jokes: "My husband is a polyglot, so he’s going to be our translator!"🔹 (Voice 2): Meanwhile, there are two skinny dogs in the yard, looking like they haven’t eaten in days. That just makes the whole scene even sadder.🔹 (Voice 1): Luckily, Diego is a kind and cheerful kid, and he tells them that dinner is on its way. And then, he announces the menu:🔹 (Voice 2): "Arroz, pollo y Coca-Cola" – so rice, chicken, and Coke. Simple, but for people on the road like them, it’s a real blessing.🔹 (Voice 1): While everyone is eating, Pierre walks off with Diego and notices a cage with two parrots. He asks their names…🔹 (Voice 2): "Pastor y Pastora!" A small lighthearted moment in the middle of all the tension. It just shows how Pierre always tries to connect with people, even in the worst situations.🔹 (Voice 1): Yeah, but then things get serious… Pierre opens up to Sharra about his past. We learn that he had to flee his country, that he was very politically involved, and that he left because a powerful figure wanted him dead.🔹 (Voice 2): And most importantly, he talks about his fiancée, Almeida, who is waiting for him in Canada. But Sharra doesn’t get it. She asks him, “Do you really think she’ll still be waiting after all these months?”🔹 (Voice 1): Pierre has no doubt at all. He’s convinced that once he crosses the border and gets asylum, Almeida will come to him, or he’ll go find her, and they’ll get married.🔹 (Voice 2): But… Sharra is starting to have feelings for him. She even admits that she’s falling in love!🔹 (Voice 1): But Pierre keeps his distance. For him, Almeida is waiting, and he doesn’t want to betray her.🔹 (Voice 2): And then, a big twist – Arnando Pipito arrives… in a massive white car!🔹 (Voice 1): And that shocks everyone, because… how can a guy driving such a luxurious car let his mother and son live in such a miserable shack?🔹 (Voice 2): And to make things worse, there are two young women in his car, completely drunk. That’s when Pierre starts putting the pieces together…🔹 (Voice 1): Exactly. Diego had asked him for 5 dollars to help his grandmother… but meanwhile, his father is out there partying with women in his car.🔹 (Voice 2): Pipito doesn’t waste any time. He immediately asks Pierre for the package that another smuggler had given him back in Brazil.🔹 (Voice 1): He checks it, takes his share, then gives the rest back to Pierre with clear instructions on who to give it to at the Peruvian border.🔹 (Voice 2): He also sends Pierre the contact details and a picture of the next smuggler they need to meet.🔹 (Voice 1): And after just a few minutes, he tells everyone to get ready for the next part of the journey.🔹 (Voice 2): And that’s where we leave you today… What’s going to happen next? What dangers still lie ahead?🔹 (Voice 1): We’ll find out in the next episode as their journey gets even tougher!🔹 (Voice 2): And don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe so you don’t miss what’s next!
