Boy there sure are a whole lot of Star Wars these days, huh? Turns out there could have been even more, only with the twist of it actually being good. Unfortunately Bob Iger said no so now we have to imagine some absolutely premium Star Wars content instead.
Now we all know Horses don't exist in the Star Wars universe, which frankly is a huge shame, but I have it on good authority (the High Heese Council) that if Horses did exists within that Galaxy Far Far away they would all be Jedi Knights and the Galaxy would be in eternal peace. So I guess it makes sense why George never included them.
