  • What I Wish Neurotypical Leaders Understood
    Sep 27 2025

Most workplaces run on one idea of “normal”: fast talkers, extroverts, people who thrive in back-to-back meetings. But for many of us who are autistic, ADHD, or highly sensitive, that version of “professional” takes an enormous toll.

In this episode, I share what I wish more neurotypical leaders understood about working with neurodivergent colleagues:

    • Silence does not mean a lack of ideas

    • Not making eye contact is not disrespect

    • Fidgeting or stimming is not distraction

We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for flexibility, clarity, and psychological safety. The truth is, when workplaces adapt for neurodivergent people, they become better for everyone.

If you are a leader, the best thing you can do is listen, stay curious, and be willing to lead in a way that does not only center people who think like you. That is inclusive leadership. And that is the future.

  • Owning the Room as an Introvert
    Sep 14 2025

Most people think you have to be loud to own the room. But introverts bring something powerful to leadership: quiet confidence, presence, and clarity.

In this episode, I share how I’ve learned to:

    • Lead without faking extroversion

    • Listen first and speak with intention

    • Prepare so I’m ready when it matters

    • Step away to recharge without apologizing

Introverts don’t need to change their personality to fit the room. You can own it exactly as you are — quiet, present, prepared, powerful.
