The One.Two.Lift podcast is a place to find our reflections and learnings as well as our aspirations and audacious dreams all packaged in a rambling narrative that may at times approach incoherent.

This is real reality - authentic authenticity.

This podcast is the antithesis of the polished presentations you have come to expect - but in a good way.

We are Cassandra and Luke Winegard and we sold our entire lives in Canada and moved with two babies and our “perro blanco” Georgie to the Costa del Sol, Spain, sight unseen…seriously.

The hope was to challenge ourselves and expand by building a new life in Europe…with no defined plan at all.

As you can imagine, that has led to some amazing experiences and some deeply challenging times indeed!

We wouldn’t have it any other way and through the experience we have grown as people, as a couple and as a family. Our next steps are BIG…and that’s why we are here.

In the end, we hope to inspire as we take steps to connect; with our authentic self, with a higher wisdom and with all living things around us.
