In this episode, students take multiple angles in answering the prompt, "what is the future I am creating now?"; the result is a diversity of ideas and experiences. We hear about value systems, work ethics, struggles and successes, from well-established leaders to the leaders of a new generation.

In this episode, the students work through speaking candidly, and how that relates to vulnerability. In accessing that vulnerable side, students grow in their self-awareness, which in turn forms the bedrock of a conscious leadership practice.
